Can't find mobs for daily quest?

quest: Cleanse the Ponds-kill 50 merlok toads. Been through the entirety of Nirgal several times and can't locate them anywhere. Is there a way to abandon a quest? Or could someone kindly point me in the right direction please? Thanks.

Act 1. / Mission 3.(marcus village) just run the map multiple times and you should good to go. (explore the map and youll see most of them are hiding on the very right side)

Also there is that mind shackle quest that the chief toad gives only one Gem but while you are at it, I usually hold off on doing it until the rest of the daily's are done you can find a few in other maps but the village is crawling with them, and if you find one of the summoner toads *RUN* and let it spawn as many as it can.

Using the "RUN AWAY" tactic on 28. Seeds of Life (Daily quest: The Maddening Lights) works nice too.

Just run from one end to the other to activate them all then back to the start, kill everything that is NOT a toad summoner, because they never break agro and will follow you back and forth spewing tad poles left and right. It only takes a pass or two.
