Can't make save game account.

I've tried two different e-mail addresses. Get he code they send, can't copy and paste it like it suggests lol. Anyway, I type it in two different ways (neither works) with spaces and no spaces. Tells me not correct code. Anyone else have this issue? My game has been saving, so not sure what they are talking about. This some sort of mobile things? I play on pc.
