I only realised this software is free, only the DLC packs where bought so no refund there then. Thanks to the Developer for the reply and again Sorry.
I'm curious as I don't fully understand what you mean here, do you mean that the beta ignores what API you choose when you start it (when choosing with the grey steam-styled start-up window)?
If so, yes, that box unfortunately is not possible to remove for just the beta. The beta happily ignores that choice though. The multi choice grey window will be removed upon release of the beta.
Instead the API choice is moved to within the player which is much nicer in the end. That box was just an emergency solution to that problem.
Also do you see all the devices in the settings inside the player that you expect to see?

As a side note, with this, it does seem like the beta is good enough to roll out fully, it has so far worked for everyone who had problems before.
It initially selects the default output only.
