I'm confused how to use Legendary Tokens/Relics?
I have been collecting these from venders and random rewards I'm supposed to give to the one fella, but I can't find them in my inventory or know how to track them or how to use them? I'm still early in the game, only Act 2 in campaign mode. Maybe I need to get further or use in another mode?

At the "Special mechant" who sells legendaries, there is a Gamble button, that's where you use it to buy random legendaries and stuff from the coins.

Unstable Artifacts or "relics" are used in the consumeables tab in the stash.

Or set up camp with scoundrel and gamble
