How does passives actually work?
So I have two cards of "Wild Cunning", which allows my Soul Link beasts to attack 1 extra time, but apparently the effect does not stack.
So I assume passives do not stack then?

Is there a place where I can look how various effects are supposed to work?

Passive cards simply provide their benefits once you have drawn them in your hand in an encounter. From what I have experienced, they do seem to stack if you have multiple of the same.

Maybe some of them don't, like your Wild Cunning. It might be a bug or not working as intendend.

Passives don't stack, it used to be in their description.

Or maybe they are just bugged? Just tried stacking the Hemorrhaging passive from the Blood Warlock. This resulted in none of them dealing any damage even if there were bleeding enemies on turn start.

I think you can report a bug via F8 for devs to investigate.

Passive cards work in which as long as its condition is met, the passive effect will activate. No need to drag it on an enemy whatsoever :))

If you feel there might be a passive with an issue, feel free to drop an F8!

Thank you, but my question was regarding max draw. I don't understand how passives count, I failed to find a single formula which would explain everything I see in my games. Sometimes passives don't count for max draw, sometimes they do, sometimes they count as +2 or even +3 to max draw.

Battle Tempo is a simple example. I have 2 on my hand, yet only get the crit bonus once. If passives only work once, then please add it to the description. If not, please fix the bug. It bricks 2 nodes on the skill tree if you have to first get the card and then remove it again cause it just clogs up your max draw without doing anything.

You do not need to remove the card, just edit your deck.

You do if you are at min deck size.

No. Adding a card does not increase min deck size, just cloning does.

Passives do not stack, but triggers do. We used to have a tooltip describing this which we will re-add to the card, so hopefully this makes it clearer.
