Maybe some of them don't, like your Wild Cunning. It might be a bug or not working as intendend.
Passive cards work in which as long as its condition is met, the passive effect will activate. No need to drag it on an enemy whatsoever :))
If you feel there might be a passive with an issue, feel free to drop an F8!
Thank you, but my question was regarding max draw. I don't understand how passives count, I failed to find a single formula which would explain everything I see in my games. Sometimes passives don't count for max draw, sometimes they do, sometimes they count as +2 or even +3 to max draw.
Battle Tempo is a simple example. I have 2 on my hand, yet only get the crit bonus once. If passives only work once, then please add it to the description. If not, please fix the bug. It bricks 2 nodes on the skill tree if you have to first get the card and then remove it again cause it just clogs up your max draw without doing anything.
You do if you are at min deck size.
