In terms of early access the game is very stable and from a 'programming' perspective feels very complete.
There are a lot of tweaks/balance fixes/gameplay mechanics that need a few iterations. This is the kind of game that will be a classic if it's able to stay in early access long enough to get done correctly.
This game have is very replayable, even in ea.
Very very very fun.
Its awesome to see character development and how items and cards can be used outside of combat.
We've currently got 1 Act out of 4 planned. There will also be more game modes coming after, as well as major content updates planned roughly every 3 months! You might take a few hours to complete the Act, but you can replay it with various hero combinations and discover new strategies.
I still wish I could talk them into adding a dwarf fighter.
It is still early access, so some touching up and balance will be needed here and there.
It's incredibly short with next to no content updates, give it a year or more. at this pace chapter 4 will take 18 months and their about 4 hrs per chapter.
To the OP: Great game, active listening devs. 5/5 recommend.
