Portal Scroll

How do I use it? It gets on my cursor but I can't figure out how to activate it after clicking all over the place.

The tooltip on the scroll should mention this - use the portal scroll on your current node, which will teleport you back to town. Hope that helps!

I couldn't figure out how to use a portal scroll on a dungeon node. Can you explain how to use the scroll there? I had to move to another node to be able to use it.

before the updates it didn't work on dungeon nodes, don't know if it was already fixed/changed

Were you outside of the dungeon on the overland map? This was my issue as well. I didn't try using the portal scroll from another node as I figured it was just broken.

I can't check it out since I already completed my first game. But I hope it will be fixed because I had to spend couple more days moving to adjacent nodes while the Rift Lord timer was still running.

I tried to use it both outside and inside the dungeon nodes. This wasn't an issue for me when I tried to use it from another node - the portal was normally created to the garrison.

You have to be at node without dungeon. Does not work inside dungeon.

I hate to resurrect this thread, but since the most recent update my portal scrolls don't seem to be usable. It's a fresh campaign, I'm not in a dungeon. Is my recollection of how these work in error, I seem to recall you clicked on them in your inventory and it gave you a button to teleport back to town?

Ok, so after clicking the entire map I taught on clicking on my own party... yep, that was the solution. The portal activated and they teleported to the garrison
