Hi stwoojin! Evil Clea is Clea's own potential for chaos awakened by War Maiden. As for how much direct influence War Maiden has, only a vessel truly knows. Her name is Chaos Clea but most people would refer to her with generic terms like monster etc because they're unaware if War Maiden is present inside her.
