Art Book?

It seems the game's limited edition for consoles contained an art book. Would there be any possibility of a digital version being sold on steam as a dlc?
Buying the game again just for the art book is a bit of a waste, I feel a bit silly for not looking this up before getting this version.

It looks neat, not just for the illustration but it apparently has some commentary on the characters, including information about Mary.

And the soundtrack was also contained in the consoles limited edition. I'd love to be able to purchase it as a DLC. Please?
