Multi-monitor, 21:9 aspect ratio and 3840x2160 resolution

I've been "assigned" to complete the PC Gaming Wiki article[pcgamingwiki.com], but because I don't own related hardware I can't reliable verify these settings.

my assumptions:

multi-monitor: no support, the game displays in one screen only
ultra-widescreen (21:9): likely limited to 16:9
4K Ultra HD (3840x2160): expected to support the resolution

Hello,

I have found this and I see something like that multimonitor 21:9 screenshots but I own a 16:10 aspect ratio screen and only choices given in OFDP2 options are 16:9:

768 x 472
1024 x 576
1280 x 720
1600 x 900
1920 x 1080
2560 x 1440

So, no other than 16:9 AR available? Game is not showing other resolutions.
