Can not complete mission,have no acsess to "Dream world" club. How can i deliver the case to Taoke?

The game has a lot of problem with writing, some missions you can take early on, then on the 2nd or 3rd phase of the mission you just kinda stuck there without any information, or hint that you have to do the main quest first. And the marker still point you at some random point before the new area so you think you got there already but heck?

And the game is rigged with tons of bugs, randomly showing up.

The worst part here is when I got stuck, I don't know if that is a bug or a bad writing, so I have to restart the game multiple times to find out.
