Immortal Enemies
Every third or fourth encounter, I come across an enemy who just runs around aimlessly.
They don't attack or do anything, but they're also basically immoertal. My max-level SMG does 1 damage per bullet to them, and sometimes they randomly get to heal from 25% HP to full for no reason.

This is a common bug I encounter frequently. They aren't immortal, they just have high health regen, and can be killed with enough DPS. They are in the out-of-combat state that enemies usually enter when you pull enemies too far from their spawn location, except with this bug they can enter that state randomly during combat.

Yeah, I managed to kill one after 60 straight seconds of shooting it, even though it was a level 17 mook lol
coming across them is so annoying.

Meeting them almost entrily. Only way to deal - first shoot aggresive enemies, then deal with them. Using "Dominator" HMG42 (in fact LMG or modified assault rifle) or "Enforcer" EBR energy rifle - very hard to get cause dropping from corpo-troopers and they are no lower then 24 lvl. Both upgraded to mod 8.
Sometimes they can be destroyed by turning aggressive but you need to leave area first, then return and try. Very easy way to reload the game cell is using metro or taxi (need creds).

Unfortunately leaving the area multiple times hasn't fixed the issue for me (Scrapland, north-west section as the room begins to narrow as you head to the elevator)- there's a bounty for a hovering robot/mech (it rises into the air, sends out mortars, lowers and sends out a volley of missiles, a few RPG rounds, and then explosive tires before it repeats).
Once it's into the air, I can't damage it and it fully enters 'non-combat' phase and repleneshis health to 100%.
It's a royal paint in the arse, especially since I know I can take this sucker down (NG+, fully maxed level "Dealbreaker", dropping a turret and mono defender for distractions while I whale away on it).

Extra sad face it hasn't been addressed so far...
