Cant access Gelb carrier in Trading Places mission
I get to the spot and the Mech boss doesnt spawn and the door to access the carrier is red an unaccessible. Is there any way to restart this section of main quest or am I screwed and need to start whole game over?

Did you go down the stairs? It's on the lower level. Use 'O' or 'dpad up' for objective marker.

I started a new char and got to the same location and the mech boss spawned and then did the carrier stuff. Something messed up with my first char unfortunately.
