Can I kill ferals anywhere else to get testicles ?

You can quit to menu and then resume. Just be wary of the last time it autosaved(tells you before you quit to menu). You should be able to trigger autosave by opening and closing the TAB/select menu.

We tried, we also left the zone and came back there's just no feral in the large red circle

Sounds like it could be one of the many co-op bugs. Just throwing this out there but maybe it's related to one or both of you using wireless. If you're using wireless you could try wired(ethernet/LAN cable) because it's faster and much more stable(and better for your health).

Thanks, we are both wired to the same ethernet hub, having a little lan party over here this weekend.

Did you try quitting to the main menu and then resuming? Have done couch co-op myself(good fun!) but only the main missions so far(almost finished) and had 0 problems, so I am totally stumped as to what could be the problem. Maybe the latest update did something.
