Melee build question.

So i've just gotten back into the game and after getting all the dlc's i saw a mention of melee. This got me wondering what skills would compliment a melee build?

oh, "skills". been a while so got rusty with the nomenclature... well u'll max everything out mid game anyways but to have a smoother run go vital signs, evasion, body battery, critical hit rate... ideally in that order and then everything else when those are maxed out...
