You should be able to remove it, could you try travelling to another location and then attempt to change it again? Have you also tried relaunching the game?
I made a new character and the issue doesn't exist there, I can select all the normally available options and remove the tattoos.
Disabling the DLC and checked to see if that changed anything, but it's still the same except that I have no tattoo options for face or body. Re-enabling the DLC causes only the skull tattoo to appear.
I have the tatoo and the shirt but not the headgear.
After updating to latest patch and downloading DLC:
-No option to buy 'Jack O' Lantern' helmet from Armorer
-Not seeing the 'Styles' and 'Biology' tabs within Journal/Character Menu
-All existing characters are missing face options in Grafter. Only new Skeleton face is option
-All face ink options have been removed from existing characters. New characters are fine
-LT/RT/RB do not work and do nothing when pressed within 'FreeCam Mode'. Other buttons in this mode are fine.
NOTE
Thank you for defaulting the 'Field of View' (fov) to 65/70. I noticed! :)
Also did you increase the character default run-speed by 10%? feels like it.
New character no new pumpkin head from armorer... Am I doing something wrong? I'm as far as fullchromes and nothing in the armor shop yet. Wearing skull shirt and facepaint
As far as I can tell, armorers only start selling it once you get access to the Arcology: highStreet area. I wasn't checking after every main mission, so it might have been added in earlier, but when I got to highStreet I checked all the shops for new stuff and the Jack-o'-Lantern was there, and has been available at every armorer since then.
I tried some Unreal Engine ini commands but I can only disable it
