where is weapon skin / shirt skin I collected?

I cannot find the weapon skin and shirt skin I think I've ever changed my weapon skin once. But I have collected many of them..... where I can check my skin inventories.??????

You can Change the character appearence on certain places with that surgery npc.

That's not true. I ended this game, main content and many of side mission. I think I collected most of them. But there is no weapon skin at all. About shirt skin, I have amount of shirt skins as the day I start the game.

Lots of people have reported that their skins just vanish because of bugs. I have collected severall skins as well and i cant find em again.

I must ask.. What exactly is the point of a shirt skin when you cant see it due to the armour you are wearing?

I did apply a black skin to my dominator at the gun smith but on reload of my save my dominator was gone along with the skin. So I would suggest not applying them to weapons.
Edit: Also the weapon when next picked up was reverted back to mk.1.

There is a trench coat top armor that lets you show your fancy tshirts :)

Has there been any acknowledgement or update on this? I have collected tons of skins randomly as I run around, but none of them have ever appeared as options in the surgery menu. All options are still the defaults available at the start of the game.

Like Shorty stated. When you quit the game all skins you've acquired disappear. If you have applied one it won't be removed,

Yep they all disappear when you stop playing. If you apply them you keep them "applied" but they aren't in the collection when you restart the game (so if you remove them you loose them too).

I got the feeling they don´t even stay when you apply them, sometimes I start up the game and my char look different all of a sudden, other colors etc.. last time I had black pants and now they are orange.. and no I didn´t change them before leaving.
and when I try to change skin at the vendors I have none lol even though I collected several already during gameplay.
this game has all sort of weird bugs.

I had a similar thing happening when my clothing would change color. There's an NPC that tells you a rumor about using certain types of equipment will make you want to wear red. Sorry I don't remember where to find them other than to say it's early game, possibly in the Hacker's hideout?
That might be some kind of hidden feature in the game with a small clue but I can't be sure.
As for the original issue with weapon skins and shirts, you need to equip them in the same session in which you got them or they'll disappear.
Really fun when the game crashes so easily.

The gun smith, his icon on the map is a hammer.
