The double charge sidequest seems like it is just wrong

It wants you to use an augment I assume but doesn't give it to you, yet is a level 7 quest, still haven't seen any kind of stasis anything drop or sold yet.

I had to buy it. I was level 15 and I have never seen it drop anywhere.

There's a stasis drone tactical you can get right from the start.

just keep playing, sidequests doesn't mean do it now. a lot of side quests in this game you can't finish directly after accepting and stay in your quest log for a long time... but the meaning is in the description, "sidequest".

I guess reading is too hard eh? Game tells you to do something specific, yet doesn't offer the way to do it or tell you where you could acquire what you need to do it.

reading is hard, using brain is harder, maybe 2 hard 4 you ?

again dude, i finished the game some hours ago, including all (!!!) side quests.

you CAN'T finish some sidequests until you make a specific progress in the main story, this including item access @ traders or finding it.

Yea this quest is confusing. I just got the game and, in line with how I always play games, I went to do all the sidequests before continuing the main quest...

Guy tells me to use a specific super high tech device he's working on to test it on multiple creatures, but doesn't give the experimental device to me.
Searched every aspect of my inventory.
Searched his office for anything I might be able to pick up.
Talked to him multiple times to see if maybe he'd finally give me his device.
Nothing.

I thought this quest might be bugged. At this point in the game I know nothing about "stasis damage" and there's no popup telling me about it. The way this quest is presented is not "do X type of damage repeatedly" but instead it's presented as "use my personal super experimental device I created" leading to confusion.

purchase the 'stasis drone' from the 'cyber vendor'

this side mission can be completed anywhere w/in the 'arcology'

i usually do it w/ 'balls deep' so both can be done simultaneously in the 'deep stink' are
