Go to the onyx void chapter house?

How do I get there? My nav link thing is sending me to a spot in rooftops that has no entrance.

i ended up using a taxi to get there i was baffled with that too. think you need to go to warrens and take a lift up a floor.

HOW TO FIX: call a taxi, teleport to the rooftop at warrens, then your "GPS" will update to the real place
