There's nothing to do after you beat the game other than do any unfinished "side quests" and if you think achievements are amazing or whatever, do those. Otherwise, it's just jumping into a friend's game, if you have any that are playing the Steam version.
The game is relatively short, and over half of the time is spent walking from point A to B (and that's factoring the taxi and train too).
It's not like Diablo: it's a twin stick shooter not an ARPG.
It too am disappointed. And whilst it's a fun game (apart from the bugs and bosses with insane health), it's no Diablo.
To be fair though on the end game: I can't think of a single ARPG that had those on release.
I got the 'Diablo' tidbit from the video for the game in which IGN a it's a dash of Diablo.
Idk I'll just wait for hopefully future updates that add replayability.
