Kill Onyx Void Elevator Bug Co-Op

My friend crashed during the boss fight.. and the elevator no longer works.

I have tried to change host (he was original host)

I have took train elsewhere and came back albeit only to the glut.. might not have been far enough to warrant a full area reload.

Same, hardlocks game progress. So literally can't continue... This issue needs to be addressed ASAP

We are having the same problem, it is unfortunately game breaking. Are there pre-made savegames for starting just in front of those elevator ? I think there's a bad save state on the elevator position.

I ran into this same bug when palying co-op the other day, we ran into an issue and had to restart our games which causes us to get locked out. Today I launched the game in single player and the elevator was working, so I completed that part of the quest and I'm now at the next step (speak to 438 Hung) just waiting for my friend to join.

I had this problem too and i managed to fix it. I messed around by loading the game in couch coop but on my own with no other players i think. Or may have loaded coop character in solo.

It was some combination of loading different characters at the least. We finished the game last night.

Good luck, it sucked not being able to progress. I did submit a bug report so may be patched eventually I hope.

We restarted a few times, didn't try other game modes, we tried other quests. Sometimes there's no enemies for hours until we restart. We gave up for now.

If you hosted, check your quests and see if you actually have objectives.

The elevator should work in single player mode, even after it's bugged. After the host kills the dude, you can switch to coop again and the game will progress.

As suggested, we have retried with the host starting in couch co-op.
The elevator still doesn't work.
It was a new day, we also tried again in normal co-op mode, still elevator won't work. It's there, but the button is just missing

That's not what was suggested. People are saying do that one step in single player. It has worked for my co-op game.

Ok,we're going to wait until the game gets fixed. We'll check back in 6 months
