BUG: One More Rep Quest is Broken
I went to the chest location earlier in the game just looking around. I then got the quest, it leads me to the chest, but the chest is now open and the quest can't be finished. Is this the place to report these types of bugs?

the quest is not broken. one more rep requires the level 17 main mission to get access to stimtown. i made a thread about the issues with missions requiring other mission and them not telling you.

I agree with Vin, you need to progress main storyline to access some of the sidequest areas, quest is not broken.
