These days if a game is on Steam you just buy it, try it out for an hour or so and if you don't like it. You refund. I believe in trying things out for yourself and formulating your own opinion vs. taking someone else's word for it (when that is possible of course).

if you want to play with rtx and all the jazz - don't buy on microsoft
if you want to play past the 2nd act with decent framerate - don't buy
