Won't change anything at all, it still creeps me out with the T-800 Terminator appearance. But I did something, by getting back to the "Main Menu" and continue playing with the last or recent save...It backs to normal form, shave like a newborn.
Attributes:
Affects Motorics (Weapon Handling & Aiming) - Impact face appearance (turn into T-800)
Affects Cybernetics - None features happen
Affects Frame - None features happen
Affects Biometrics - None features happen
Multiple and different skill points spend on each category : Result (T-800 Terminator Appearance), it is because of "Motorics attributes"
Ex.
Affects Motorics (Weapon Handling & Aiming) - 4+
Affects Cybernetics - 2+
Affects Frame - 3+
Affects Biometrics - 3+
(Total 12+ Skill points)
Tested out at Grafter Vendor (Skill Reset) Quit Main Menu & Continue gameplay session.

Attributes:
Affects Cybernetics (10+ Crit. Hit Rate) + Affects Biometrics (08+ Vital Signs) - Body & both hands appearance turn into cyborg form.
..won't bother this kind of feature as it is unique and works fine with the game genre.
P.S - It's a Cyberpunk world video game, a genre of science fiction set in a lawless subculture of an oppressive society dominated by computer technology.

EDIT: It seems visiting a grafter and changing my mods made me a cyborg again,
Well, the augmentations you use affect the level of cybernetics using. I tested while changing levels (as level change and new loading resets the changes). If you experiment with the augmentations, you will see which ones give you cybernetics, but the ones who give less cybernetics do not revert the changes, they just revert as soon as you force a reload again by changing the level or reload your game.
After testing out, only Cybernetics upgrades (Charge and Critical) Affects facial features.
