I guess this stutter issue was known about before release ? So why not it fix it then or hold the game back a week or two ?
Not very playable rn sadly, as they say they are fixing it, hope they solve it soon, since this things really hurt a title launch badly.

You should have fixed this before release (like you told various YT channels you would) I expect your game and developers reputation to flop if this is not patched within the coming hours. People have had enough of this now. How can you be proud of this stuttering mess?
you can set the game's NVidia CP page to 'prefer max performance'. This helped me, and now I only get drops when said bigger events happen, and briefly when changing to the dialogue camera.
