Shirt and weapon skins

Anyone knows how / where to use them?

You change your shirt skin at the Grafter and you change your weapon skin at the Gun Smith. :)
They can be found as both random loot and some are in designated locations.

I've had trouble with them disappearing from my save profile I think.

Same here. I've had two weapon skins and a shirt skin go missing after saving and restarting the game.

Shirts or skins are lost.... No skins available at all 100% at Gunsmith

Yeah, also update on the issue:
It seems that you can equip the skins after picking them up, but once you quit to the main menu and reload the save (or restart the whole game), they will be gone from your save file, though if you equip them they will stay visible on your character.

Same. 100% in one of the missions picked up a large number of different skins (5 or 6, and only a few were repeated). As a result, the NPS turned out to have 1 new skin, the second has nothing at all...

Thanks for the explanation. We also had no idea about this when we got our first skins last night. The game is otherwise very good at popping up explanations.

So is this a bug and was it fixed?
If so I really can't get excited over skin drops anymore if they're just going to be yeeted from my save.

supposedly fixed two patches ago i think. i think it was listed in the patch notes.
