Features review + Complete Item list
If you have any questions about it, feel free to ask:

Controls
Twin-stick shooter, period. Meaning you move your character and aim around it, either with WASD + Mouse, or using the two analog sticks on a controller. No option for point & click on mouse - this is not really a Diablo-like, and you're probably supposed to be moving while you attack enemies most of the time.

Cover
The game has a manual cover system, where you can duck and hence hide behind obstacles around the world. You can also aim high and shoot above such obstacles, so that's how the cover system works, kinda more manual then we're used to in cover-based games where you clear enter and leave cover.

Dodging
You have a roll movement that you can use to minimize the damage you take in combat, and maybe also quickly move away from enemies if desired (useful against melees). You have two charges of it, and they reload quickly. It seems they have full invul frames on their animation or most of it. Moving around the world rolling makes it faster, but gets boring quite fast too. There's also an upgrade later you can equip to turn the roll into a dash with some particle effects.

Loot
To make things clear: loot is fixed, there are no random stats on them. Loot can be dropped from enemies (looks like loot table with chance to drop, and enemies can drop the weapon they were using, while others have a 100% drop chance like bosses), or found in chests or lying around the level. Most items will also eventually be unlocked to be bought from vendors as you progress through the campaign. There's a way to quick sell the repeated loot you have (so you would only keep a copy of each).

Weapons
You have two weapon slots, you start with a pistol and get a SMG quite early on, and later stuff gets interesting with the addition of Sniper rifles (which penetrate enemies), RPGs, electrical weapons, shotguns and massive miniguns. The shown DPS on weapon sheet is hardly valid, so it's hard to know what's an upgrade and what's not. Each weapon has one of 4 different damage types (physical/energy/heat are the ones I actually found), which should perform better or worse against some type of enemies (organic, robots, you pick). All weapons need to be reloaded, but have infinite ammo. There're no melee weapons for the players. Splash weapons such as RPGs can hurt yourself and allies in co-op.

Weapon Upgrades
Only way to directly improve a weapon is by upgrading it on a specific NPC, by using "components" you find around when exploring and killing bounties. Weapons can be upgraded up to 10 times, increasing only theyr damage. First it consumes basic components, and advanced ones, then another rarer kind. So, only upgrade weapons that you really enjoy using, considering that they don't really have clear "tiers" between them.

Armor
You have 3 armor slots: head, chest and legs. Each slot will offer some protection (physical, energy, digital, fire). They can sometimes also offer atributes (which improve effifacy of enhancements) and reinforcements (basically, ability point bonuses). Each also have their own looks.

Tactical
Early on you'll pick your first tactical, an active skill slot, which will be a stun grenade. You fill the tactical bar by doing damage to enemies, or picking a yellow pickup on the ground from enemies or machines. Most tactical are grenades, which can be exploded early, and may damage you and allies in co-op. Other two different tacticals are a stationary turret and a mini-mecha which you can enter into and use its minigun around.

Augmentations
Augmentations are basically two extra active skills you'll have, which will consume energy to use and have a cooldown to cast. First one you pick is a hidraulic punch, a cool melee attack which can be in front of you. Other are basically summons that will be with you for a little while, a few ones are nukes, some rare utility ones are there too.

Modules
I didn't find much use on them, as I just picked up 5 (other might be behind sidequests I didn't do I guess). One changes rolling into quick dodging, one gives you thorns damage to melee attacks you receive, one increases health, other increases health recover, and the last one increases tactical recovery.

Skills
Leveling will get you 3 skill points to spend, and you can also sometimes get an extra skill point lying around the levels by exploring. You can spent these points in 8 different abilities: tactical sense (reloads tactical quickier), critical chance, weapon handling (reload/swap speed), aiming, balance (resistance to disables), evasion (dodge cooldown), vitals (extra health) and body battery (extra energy). You can respec your ability points on the surgeon, but it's quite pricey, and gets more expensive the more points you have or spend. Each ability has a base limit of 20 points, but can be increases a little further with the help of armor bonuses if desired.

Attributes
Each pair of abilities also increase a corresponding attribute: head, torso, legs and interior. It seems these atributes only boost the effectiveness of certain active enhancements. They can also be directly increased by certain armor pieces.

Cyberdeck
It's the stuff you'll sometimes use around to hack things around you in a yellow bubble. At first you use it to interact with some panels, but later on it can be used to hack world turrets, unlock doors and chests (which range from CIE 1 to 3). To upgrade your Cyberdeck, you need to find an "upgrade" lying around the world, there's no order or specific drops of it, it'll keep upgrading and getting additional features no matter the order you pick them. The last tier is called Veles Ghost.

Death
Playing alone, you basically respawn on a nearby checkpoint, keeping your loot and XP just fine. Sometimes it spawns a little back, so it takes a little while to reach the same point, specially if on a mission.

Bosses
Boss encounters can be really tough has usually there isn't enough place to find cover or recover life. Pay atention on the kind of damage the bosses cause. Bosses constantly made me switch armor, weapons and active skills to beat them.

Timed encounters
The campaign also has several "timed wave-based combats" where you need to survive for a little while. Try to find a good spot to take cover, and use summons or whatever you can to reduce the damage you receive. They can be quite challenging. Last one required me to focus on nukes, as my weapons couldn't kill the enemies fast enough.

Map
Map is fixed and handcrafted. It feels like an open-world game, as the zones are big and interconected, but it's more of an illusion, but works well. Sometimes you can find higher level enemies early on if you decide to explore too much each zone, which can lead to instant deaths.

Missions
They're divided between main missions and secondary missions. You can select one to be active at a time, and use a command in-game that will lead your way towards it. Often, quick traveling, either using transport or taxi, will cut the downtime walking from A to B, but it's not always clear on how to do that effectively. The game should take around 10 to 15 hours to finish the main quest, and 15 to 20 hours to finish main and side quests.

Co-op
The game has local co-op, where you'd need a controller for each local player, and online co-op, both for up to 4 player, but you can't mix them. You can have up to 10 save slots, and each local player would need to use one. In local co-op, camera is shared between players, picked loot goes for everyone (except health pickups and such), and the player 1 world state (main quest, side quests, chests states) seems to be passed to other players just by playing once. Online co-op has no public matchmaking.

Crossplay
It seems Steam plays only with Steam, and Microsoft with Microsoft (PC, Xbox Series, Xbox One all together).

Late Game
There's no end game by design. Finishing the campaign won't unlock NG+ or any modes currently.

Sofri bastante sim!

Because it's not a diablo-like or MMORPG.

So if you finish the game there are no more enemies in the city so that you can walk around killing stuff?

Enemies always respawn around on their areas, with their own level. It can also keep spawning bounty hunts at random in place of regular enemies.

Thanks.

Any hints on them? Sidequests or elsewhere? I've finished the game twice and didn't find any, but I found more active enhancements and weapons.

Not sure as I'm not totally done with the game (i'm doing every single quest and opening every single chest) but I have one you don't have listed called uCred multiplier, which increases the amount of credit drops you get. Currently at 6, but still have a number of side quests to finish.

Unfortunately I'm not sure which side quest gave me this reward :(
Draktok 2021 年 7 月 30 日 下午 12:22
I also have 19 Active enhancements, so you're missing a number of those as well.
Darkness 2021 年 7 月 30 日 下午 12:27
Oh, I'll update my numbers, last time I counted it was:

29 weapons (28 + 1 from the preorder)

10 tactical

26 head gear

34 torso gear

21 leg gear

18 enhancements

5 modules

I assumed I'd be missing enhancements/modules due to not having done all sidequests.
