BUG: LOCATE SHIPPING MASTER

REPRODUCE: I went to the Dream World nightclub and cleared it out.
I chased the contact and just missed him (as he took off - to the comsmodrome).
**I didn't hear what the IMP said over the noise of the gunfire/music.**
I followed the trail to the cosmodrome to the console.

BUG : The console was RED and said "press any key"
minor BUG : It needs a dialog window. This is the second time I've missed IMP notifications because of the gunfire and music

Request for help : any suggestions?

Just had this exact issue.
Quit the game, verified files and came back in - works

I suspect this whole area didn't load correctly first time round. As on my second attempt enemies where spawning where orginally it was very quiet!

It worked, thanks. I was >< this close to uninstalling it(I sank too much time into it to 're-do' it again.)
I really like nogHead. And this is good storytelling.

I just had the same bug, the console wasn't clickable. I quit to main menu and then reloaded the game. This time I was able to click it.

Same issue. Reloaded twice. The console is still not clickable.

EDIT: I tried 5 times now. I even restarted the whole game. No dice. :(

I don't know how to help - When the issue happened for me I just quit, verified files, then all good

I just quit to the main menu and continued, then I could use that panel

I think you have to enter the hangar from the bottom right.
This triggered some a bot text I didn't get the first time when I entered the hangar from the top left.

If you start at the point on the map which says 'cosmodrome' there's some stairs just to the north which lead to the hangar.
