Achievements not popping

Anyone else having any issues with certain achievements not popping? I should have gotten Sashimi, Added Extras, Getting Things Done, and Opportunist by now and they don't seem to pop. I also can't interact with toilets or sinks for the Hygiene achievement. Other achievements seem to be working. I'm playing coop with a friend hosting and I don't think he has gotten these achievements either.

not yours exactly but, ive competed all 28 side quests and the main story, i got the main story achievement but i did not get the side quest achievement

"Added extras" (equip 2 augmentations and a module) and
"Aficionado" (fully upgraded weapon)
are not popping.

I have the same problem with the Added Extras achievement.

Yes me too on the Aficionado. Maybe put a post on the feedback ?

all the side quest done but "For both our benefits" not popped
seems there is plenty of bugged achievments.

Finished the game now and didn't get the achievement for completing all the main quests either. I was playing with 2 other people and the host did get some of these achievements but the other friend also didn't. It appears that some achievements to work right if you aren't the host.

Played solo start to finish, and aside from the revive a friend who is DBNO achievement, I was not able to get Flatliner, thus Comprehensive remains unlocked as well. Very odd they're randomly not working for some.

I am sure those who have done all the side quests have done the additional Casino Courier missions. If not, head back to the casino as there are more to be completed after. This was an easy one I missed to get For Both our Benefit.

Had exactly this same issue happening, did the Casino Courier missions last if this maybe indicates something?

there are 5 casino missions. they only appear on the mini map once you enter the casino. once i had to the last one my achievement popped.

There are 2 achievements which are bugged and both of these are =to do with the codex section. Other than those 2 i only have revive a friend in co-op mode. all other achievements for me are done.
