CPU performance mode - what does it do?
i use an i5-6600, althou it can handle the game i regularly experiance 100% cpu-load.
Is it worth enabling the new CPU performance mode?
What does it really do? Are there any drawbacks?

I think the game will prior to give heavy tasks on CPU, maybe i am wrong.

sure, i just assume there must be some drawbacks, because otherwise they would call it an optimization and not make it an on/off mode. Dont you think?

(also 100% CPU usage comes with bad frametimes)

unless your gpu is running at 90 some %, having the cpu run at 100% means the processor is bottlenecking your system.
