Pocket Mech is Only Weapon You Ever Need.

You gains access to it after completing one of the main question and it is absolutely OP with right setup. Just use Tactical Overcharge, and Biometric Metric Timestamp for good measure, and fast firing weapon, preferrable a heavy machine gun. With these, you can autopilot the whole game with "G" and W+M1.

do you have a vid uploaded somewhere? doesnt pocket mech come with its own gun? why would the gun you have equipped affect the pocket mechs dmg? when i tried it it did really low dmg

I found it annoying because it doesn't have separate Health.

I don't have a vid, and yes the mech comes with it own gun. The HMG is primarily used to recharge the mech. In my play through, the mech has high DPS, enough to recharge the Mech completely when you are already still in one, if there is enough enemies still around.

My build focus on Reload, Crit and Tactical. 200+ crits when using Mech + I/O converters on level 28-30 "flying robot" in scrapyard and melt "flesh' enemy.

Before the patch the pocket mech was crap, havent tested since they buffed it , hope its as good as you say.

Be sure to get close to enemy and invest a bit of skill points into reload and crit for maximum carnage

I just got the Mech and tried it out before patch and was unimpressed. Now my save file boinked out of existence so maybe I'll give it another shot when I get back to it.

Tried it on Hard at lvl 30 and 20 crit before the patch - mech did whopping laughable 3-5 dmg per bullet to lvl 25-30 ferals. Also couldn't use implants from inside the mech.
I even upgraded Strikebreaker and Strobber to lvl 8, it did exactly nothing because mech goes with it's own HMG.
Let's see how mech was buffed, then I may change my opinion. Or not.

It is absolutely broken now. If you want to be pretty much invulnerable, just use pocket mech.

you can activate life leech befor entering the mech, super powerful combination, got me through the last mission

Indeed, very very powerful tactical. Hell, you dont need to use your weapons anymore, just spam this thing and you are good to go!

It's slow as hell and since 95% of the game is walking back and forth between areas you already visited 10 times before, I wouldn't recommend it.

The mech is slow, but you can get out of it once you are done by getting exploded by explosive materials like cars and the red barrels. 1 - 2 explosions will be enough to doffing the suit.

Bullet Time aug (Focus something) + Tactical overcharge mod and PM. Pop bullet time, hop in PM and enjoy mowing down everything between you and infinity. Keep popping PM and bullet time = infinite loop of gory Titanfall glory.
