So you can do what you want with your 6900XT.
Without RT you will hit 60fps up to 4K
RT does not perform well, just ignore it.
For ME DX12 runs clearly better then DX11. And the RT implementation is fantasitic (even if demanding)
Jump to 1:20min and tell me that its look worse or completely unnecessary...

Worse, no. Basically the same as the ~20+ hours I've put into the game? Thus unnecessary, yes most definitely.
Probably not the best game to use as a sample though since it is so riddled with bugs. I just captured a comparison for myself, toggling the RT settings on and off. Either it's doing nothing, besides tanking frame rate, or my completely normal non-augmented human eyes are the bottle neck... But I have to assume it's doing "something" because toggling the settings clearly tanks the FPS and the process of toggling does take some time for it to apply...
Though I must admit dx12 is running much better today compared to a couple days ago. So the dev's must be doing something right 👍
I've watched it over and over, the RT settings on vs off.... I just don't see any difference... Throw me in Shadow of the Tomb Raider though and the shadows.. are very easy to compare...
