Cyberdeck Upgrades Not Working
I am 11.5 hours into the game now and have picked up at least 5 cyberdeck upgrades. When I go to the cyberdeck tab in the character menu though, only the most recent one is present and my ICE cracking ability remains at level 1. The most recent one I picked up was PLUG, and it's the lamest one so far, but it's literally all I have after picking up so many throughout the game. I can now only assume that it's a bug. I can only hack ICE level 1 and I'm level 17? That doesn't seem right. I feel like I'm missing out on a lot of upgrades and content not being able to unlock doors or chests. Anyone else having this problem? I imagine I should just email support...

Thank you so much for this link! I thought for sure it was a bug. Wow. That is perhaps the least intuitive, bizarre upgrade system I've ever seen in any game. Some of those "upgrades" feel more like downgrades.
