Bug in Room of the Hermit (Spoilers?)

I should preface this by saying I'm getting this bug on the PS5 version of the game. But I'm in the Hermit room and just smashed the vase, but it refuses to move forward. The girl for whatever reason won't pick up the disk, and is stuck in this cycle of just exploring the room. And the laser won't reactivate so I can't do anything. Is anyone else running into this issue?

Edit: The vase pieces are just glitching out now and floating in midair too
