Wow that's actually a decent amount of time for an escape room like game. I will say I would put that time frame on your store page if you haven't already. Its a big turn off for me (and others from what I see on reddit) to see a near AAA priced game and not see how long it takes.
Realistically I think almost nobody will put more than 5 hours into this. Please take that into mind when deciding to pick the game up at its current price, which currently clocks in at about $10CAD per hour of play.
There is no THE ending. If you stop at the first ending you get, you'll only play for about 2-3 hours, and you won't explore the vast majority of the mansion or its puzzles. A big part of the game is uncovering the story by getting every ending, because no single ending tells the full story about what's going on in the game.
I'm about 15 hours into the game and still uncovering new storyline.
Another thing I do love is the dark comedy aspect. Failing puzzles means you and the girl end up dying in ridiculous ways. I actively sought out all the deaths because of that (and the game does keep track of it).
Quick question, do you know if there's a true end or anything? Do I get something for getting all the endings or do they just help explain the story?
It isn't an escape room game. This is a whole new genre of game. It is impossible to describe, but it is really something to get excited about, and it is worth every penny.
