Game won't start after update

Worked yesterday, black screen upon start today

Hi American Beetle,

We didn't push an update yesterday. the version you're playing today should be the same as yesterday.

Maybe try going to C:\Users\*YOUR_USER_NAME*\AppData\Local\Disjunction_v30_2_2\75611.... and deleting settings.json and settings.json_temp

Make sure not to delete save.json or save.json_temp

Do you hear the menu music playing if you wait long enough on the black screen?

Other possible solutions would be to restart your computer or validate your game files/reinstall the game. We haven't updated the game since Thursday, and as far as we can tell, other players aren't having this problem.

There is no music it's just black screen

I managed to fix a problem by fully reinstalling the game, luckily it kept the save file

I'm glad the issue is fixed! Something strange must have happened with an update in the Steam back-end during the night. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the game :)
