No vsync option available

I get screen tearing when playing the game on an external monitor, but I could not find any vsync setting.

Game was fun to play. The only downside is the fact that the enemies all look the same. The gang members and private security look exactly the same. Diferent clothing would have been nice to differentiate between them. It is odd to see that the gangs have
