Bots no longer need to be recharged?

Either that or the recharge time has been greatly extended. I haven't had to recharge my bots in quite a while.

If you are playing the new Settlement mode then bots don't need to be recharged. In the old Enlightenment mode recharging is optional now.

Slighty different progression with unlock points.
Other then that the available options that are enabled on default like the bot limit which you can only enable on the new settlement mode and as you noticed the recharge mechanic which can now only be enabled on the renamed colonization to enlightenment mode.
