How do I use a seeding tray ?
I have to glow lots of flowers to make the placebo. It seems like a seeding tray would be useful here. (I know I could grow flowers in the ground, but if the seeding tray isn't intended for this, I can't think what it's for.)

I put lots of fertilizer in the seeding tray. It says it has no seeds in. I tried putting flower seeds it but they don't go. I tried using a hoe on it, as you do to prepare ground for seeds, but that doesn't work either. When you plant seeds in the ground it doesn't work to use a spade to dig a hole. What am I meant to do ?

Seedling trays are only for crafting tree seedlings (which grow 3x as fast as regular tree seeds) and mulberry seedlings. Flowers grow in tilled soil.

Thank you. There are certain features of this game that it doesn't explain well, and the wiki doesn't like my web browser.
