My game just crashes at the start and pops up an error code

The error code is 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG' and I don't even know what that is.

Yeah, same. Can't even get it to start without a fatal error. Edit: bug reports say it crashed someone else's gpu, so I guess I was lucky.

At the bottom of this message you will find my PC specs...

Not what I want for creating in Unreal Engine, Unity, & some others; but, I haven't had any issues playing any of my other Steam games on here as of yet. (And they require a lot out of your GPU. ;) )
It seems more like the download was corrupted. I did uninstall & then reinstall. I received the same error.
Check out the specs below & give me your thoughts.
I am REALLY looking forward to playing this one. It is different from what I usually go for, but it looks FUNNY AS HELL! Hahahaha

This has also happened on 2 other computers. One was on a friend's PC with "higher than the recommendation" specs.

This error seems to indicate that Steam failed to download it properly. I presume that you have tried verifying the install?

I have, yes.
It is only happening with this game.
Maybe there was a communication error between systems?
