Get a forklift beneath the ring. Pickup the ball, jump the forklift from behind and try to jump into the ring with your character and ball. Release the ball and pick it up again.
Repeat it until the achievements pops up.

Nope just use Magnet Gun method

Way easier. And you can get Magnet Gun at the begining it's in the construction site sewers.
