fatal error at launch

Got the same problem! When I try to launch the game a small white box pops up saying "fatal error" on top it says the game crashed and is going to close. thats all the info I get sadly!

ahaha lol, i did nothing! only installed the game and is not even launching

i may have the same problem.I just log in and a few seconds later it comes a fatal error read ue4-jdgame.

Verify integrity helped me, but then had no sound...

I also have the same issue. The UE4-JDGame has crashed... Fatal error! I rebooted and did Verify integrity and still getting the error.

I'm having this same issue after opening the game. Anyone figured out how to fix it? I verified the integrity of my files, uninstalled/reinstalled, cleaned boot, logged in/out of steam and changed to the steam beta but none of this fixed it.

Also getting this crash, the game only brings up the banner for loading then I get "UE4-JD" Game engine crash. Specs: Ryzen 7 3700x, 32GIG 1600mhz RAM, NVIDIA 1060 6GB MB: Asus B350M-A

I am also running into this same issue. The game starts loading and I get hit with "the UE4-JD Game has crashed". Running a intel I7-6700, 16 gigs of ram, and NVIDIA 980 4GB.

Really was hyped to give it a go, but guess I am going to have to let it sit until some sort of workaround/fix is devised

I have the same, just bought the game but it won't start. I get a startup error saying "Application load error 3:0000065432"
