HELP: Why are my cows giving turnips?

At first my cows, when I milked them, gave milk, but for some time now, instead of milk they have given turnips. I have uninstalled the game, started other games and it happens to me in all of them.

Help please, I don't know what to do ...

Upon searching on google, there are other people who has encountered this bug. think this person didn't use any cheat or hex editor.

Yeah I think it's a bug cause by a trainer.
