Cooked dishes worth a lot if you don't sell them. Two packs of 9 (18 in total) curry udon costs 3.600 when you buy the ingredients. At lvl 10 and bellow of the mine you can easy make 6 or 7 thousand money if you eat them. In my opinion, it's way better to "mine" the food even if you're in the point of the game where you can afford stamina boost, cause at this point you won't need the money for selling dishes.
