So in order to marry the harvest goddess, one requirement is that I have to ship every type of items to get the "impressed Zack" achievement.

Here's an issue, the "AEPFE Apple" that Huang gave me as a hush money was one of the items on the shipping log. I accidentally gifted it to the Doctor, and it doesn't seem like there's anyway to buy it.

Did I just blow my only chance of my dude getting laid ?

You can cook AEPFE Apple in your kitchen:
You just need to unlock the recipe by cooking any other food that uses Apple, 20 times.

Then you can cook AEPFE Apple by using these ingredients:
Apple, SUGDW Apple, HMSGB Apple without any utensils needed.

Then you can ship the AEPFE Apple to complete the log.

Additionally, Huang will come by your house on the 4th of every season to offer you the three special apple types that you can choose. Provided you have an empty spot in your bag and 500G in your wallet.

Just an fyi, I've already got the Impressed Zack achievement and I never had any of his gibberishly named apples, I'm holding onto the apples to get the "cook every meal" achievement(which I'm assuming that the apples are a part of).
For some reason Huang hasn't been coming by on the 4th of every season, so I only have I think one or two of the apples plus the hush money apple.
