Kappa/Goddess gift question

Do i have to give 'em the gifts like, everyday without missing, so like, in case of the elevator, 100 days, but if i miss one do i have to start over from 1? Or is it like, it doesn't matter if its in a row or not?

For both? Cause, i was doing the kappa thing and couldn't leave the house, but once i gave him the thing on the other day i got nothing.

Should be for both. Kappa gives you the thing at 10 gifts (1 per day), just keep trying a few more days.

Yes, i might've miscounted but i was sure i give 'im 10, i'm waiting for the right season to continue. Tho i've confirmed that the goddess dont have to be in a row at least so i assume same applies to him, a guide seemed to imply that it was in a row, glad it isn't that would've been painful!
