Karen's & Ran's Heart Events not triggering

Hey, I am wondering why their heart events are not triggered even after I met all the conditions.
maybe someone can tell me if there's any requirement that I am missing. I have already triggered their introductory events

Karen;s Purple Heart:
Walk to Jeff's shop on Wednesday or Friday, 10 AM to 1 PM, in any weather, free rucksack slot, purple heart, seen the black heart event

Ran's Black Heart:
Go to 2nd floor of the Inn on Sunday, Tuesday, or Saturday, 10 AM to 1PM in any weather, seen the introduction, black heart or higher (she's on purple now)

I have trigged both heart events just fine.

Have you watched both of Karen's black heart events? you have to make sure that Karen enters the shop first.

As for Ran, if you have triggered her first black heart event, the second black heart event only occurs if Ran's entered the Inn.. so if you enter at exactly 10 AM.. it probably won't trigger since Ran is still walking outside towards the inn. You need to wait until she goes in, then go to the 2nd floor to trigger the event on that day.

Hmm as for Karen, yeah I guess she wasn't in the shop. I've seen both of her black heart events, the one where she gave free grass seedling and the other where she and her mother had an argument about flower seed.

But Ran.. I actually met her on the 2nd floor but the event is not triggered. Which made me confused.

Black heart has 2 level 0-5000 LP and 5001-10000 LP. i believe your ran still have below 5001 LP so the second blackheart event not triggering.
