Recovers a whopping 100 stamina
Stamina Booster + Bluegrass
It restores +100 stamina, and also reducing fatigue by -50.
It doesn't seem worth making it, because you'll be losing the potential of restoring 50 stamina and fatigue from the ingredients needed to make it.
You need Relax Tea Leaves (which can be cooked to Relax Tea that restores 50 stamina and fatigue).
Mix it with Stamina Booster XL (which restores 100 stamina) and with Super Caffeine (which recovers 50 fatigue).
So if you make Elli Leaves, you're missing out on the relax tea item since you can't use the recovery stat there to add up to make the Elli leaves.
It's only good if you want to stock up the dish in one slot restoring both stamina and fatigue compared to needing 2 slots if you were to carry stamina booster XL and Super Caffeine.
