You learn recipes from watching the cooking channel on Tuesdays, sometimes the residents will give you a recipe when you gift them, there is a guy named Lou who will be in one of the rooms at the Inn every Sunday and if you go talk to him he will give you a recipe but he has to be unlocked first and I think it's through gifting either goddess or the duck, not sure, also Anna will offer cooking classes when she is at four notes but you have to go to her house on a sunny Saturday between 1-4 to trigger it, one of the recipes you will get from that class is pudding which is one of Jennifer's favorite and it's easy to make.
