Fixed missing XAudio2_9.dll problem! (Windows 8.1)

I couldn't get the game to start, it said it was missing the XAudio2_9.dll file...
But i found the fix in the steam forum for another game, and after trying it I could get it to work.
This is the thread:

Copy-pasted instructions:
-Go to Windows/System32
-Copy XAudio2_8.dll (Default for Windows 8.1)
-Paste it in the same directory
-Change the copy name to XAudio2_9.dll (this is the default one in Windows 10, I think that's the reason the game is only compatible with Windows 10)
-Problem solved

Actually, the best way is to just use https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/xaudio2/xaudio2-redistributable straight from M$. XAudio2.9 is natively runnable on everything up from Win7SP1, you just need to download and install/paste it :)
